Akin Duyar is the founder of AKINDUYAR GmbH, a company specializing in Design Thinking+ workshops and creative leadership coaching. These workshops focus on overcoming cognitive biases, leveraging abductive reasoning, and enhancing intercultural competencies, essential for driving radical innovation.

Duyar has held roles such as COO & CMO and Lecturer in Design Thinking at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership, and CMO at Steinbeis-Next University, Schools of Next Practices. He continues to lecture internationally at prestigious universities and frequently speaks at major media events. Duyar’s educational background includes an MBA in Creative Leadership, with studies across global hubs like Berlin, Shanghai, Tokyo, San Francisco, and New York.

His thesis on the cognitive challenges of innovating with Design Thinking reflects his deep engagement with the methodology. He is also a certified Design Thinking coach, trained at the Hasso Plattner Institute.
