Professor Dr. Dilek Kurt is a renowned academic and thought leader in the fields of international business, digital transformation, and intercultural management. Based in Istanbul, she currently serves as Professor in the Department of International Business Management (German) at Yeditepe University. Professor Kurt’s scholarly work focuses on how emerging technologies—particularly artificial intelligence and robotics—are redefining business processes, strategy, and leadership.
