About Dr. Parissa Haghirian

Parissa Haghirian is an internationally recognized expert in Japanese management and cross-cultural leadership, living and working in Japan since 2004. She is Professor of International Management at the Kyoto University of Advanced Science and has held visiting professorships at prestigious institutions including HEC Paris, Keio University, Waseda University, Aalto University, and Ludwig Maximilian University Munich.

Parissa is the founder of Japaninsights.biz, a company offering immersive business and cultural experiences in Japan, helping executives and MBA students understand Japanese management and innovation firsthand. She also collects Japanese contemporary art and established the Haghirian Art Foundation, promoting international artist exchanges between Japan and Europe.
