Kieran Antil began his creative journey as an Executive Creative Director with leading organizations including Leo Burnett, JWT, R/GA, and Tennis Australia, working across New York, Sydney, and Melbourne. These formative years honed his expertise in strategic brand direction, digital design, and product/service design. His growing interest in the mechanics of business led him to pursue an executive MBA and co-found two ventures.
One of those ventures is Ne-Lo, a Marketing Transformation Consultancy named in honor of his and his co-founder’s delightfully cheeky daughters, Neve and Lottie. Ne-Lo brings together strategy, creativity, design, executive coaching, and behavioral economics to drive meaningful and lasting marketing transformation.
A core ambition in his professional life is to establish a universally accepted model of marketing—one that enables businesses to foster a healthier, more effective relationship with their marketing functions. He is the co-creator of TheAnatomyofMarketing.org, a platform built on insights drawn from interviews with over 250 executives around the world. He has authored a range of marketing and strategy workbooks, and is the co-author of the forthcoming book How to Avoid Random Acts of Marketing, set for release in early 2025.
He has shared his expertise as a guest lecturer at institutions such as the University of Sydney Business School, the Berlin School of Creative Leadership, and soon, the Marketing Academy.
Throughout his career, he has earned global recognition for both creativity and strategic effectiveness, receiving multiple Grand Prix awards. Notably, he was named the World’s No. 1 Art Director at the Cannes Festival of Creativity.
Guided by the philosophy that “the more you know, the more you know you don’t know,” he remains a passionate learner who thrives in environments that challenge his thinking—often alongside clients and collaborators who bring fresh perspectives and bold ideas.
He welcomes conversations around marketing transformation, strategic brand partnerships, and the work of Ne-Lo and The Anatomy of Marketing.
