Design Thinking promises innovation — yet too often delivers workshops, Post-its, and incremental ideas instead of real impact. Most practitioners know this gap. The method looks clear on paper, but in practice, it is constantly adapted, simplified, and reinterpreted. Even IDEO, Stanford, HPI, and Rotman define it differently. So instead of another expert explaining it, we put Design Thinking itself under the microscope — and work on it together.
